  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery in approximately 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery in approximately 1-2 business days.


Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on select products. Other shipping rates are calculated based on the product’s specifications, such as size, weight, and destination. Please refer to the checkout page for the most accurate rates for your order.


Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Delivery Timeframes

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to our customer support team. For refunds or replacements, a claim must be opened with the carrier, and we must be contacted to initiate the process.


Returns and Address Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate address changes. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the order minus the shipping cost.
